Job Description

Assist to request quotation from vendor (including PRE-PR)
Conduct comparison from quotation that collected from vendor to create the best scenario to award with reasonable justification
Assist in monitoring and processing purchase requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs), if needed
Assisting with vendor sourcing, if needed

Requirements

Undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields from REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Procurement-related experience is preferred.
Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Pivot & Lookup) & Ms. Power Point
Good communication skills, proactive, with high curiosity
Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with COMMITMENT
Available to fully work from office (WFO) in Sinarmas Land Plaza Sudirman, Central Jakarta.
Available to join ASAP (August)
