Job desc :
- Analyze transaction history of purchasing request
- Manage end to end Procurement activities
- Manage vendor sourcing & registry
- Recommend new process or system for improvement
- Implement new ideas & strategies for procurement
- Ensuring supplier & subcontractor supply meet project schedule
- Daily & Weekly report to Procurement Manager
- Ensure improvement of cost savings initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experienced as Procurement Supervisor at least 3 years
- Have a leadership spirit
- Strong in administration & reporting
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Have a good negotiations skills
- Experience using procurement software
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, especially Ms Excel
- Preferably have good English skills
