Job Description
- Assist the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Support purchase decision analysis by collecting and evaluating procurement data.
- Monitor and ensure the lead time of purchased goods.
- Monitor daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with related stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations.
- Assist in supplier negotiations and maintain procurement documentation.
- Classify and manage procurement data accurately for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (required).
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
- Available to work full-time from the office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
- Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
