Job Description
Job Summary
You will assist the Procurement Fertiziler & Fuel Energy (FFE) Team in handling purchasing administration, checking purchase requests, monitoring market prices and stock, and working with vendor quotations and procurement data. Please note that you will work with a large amount of data on a daily basis.
Job Description
- Check daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) in the system for Fuel, Fertilizer, Agrichemical, and Agrifood.
- Prepare draft Purchase Orders (PO) for Fuel and Agrichemical based on the PR and instructions from the Category Analyst.
- Collect and update market prices for Fuel and Agrichemical.
- Update and monitor stock quantities of Cangkang and Coal at the Refinery.
- Collect vendor quotations and laboratory sample analysis results.
- Prepare distribution lists for Quotation Comparison Forms (QCF).
- Prepare PCM updates based on instructions from the Category Analyst.
- Assist with other procurement and administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate student (with no active classes and flexible thesis supervision schedule) or fresh graduate from an Engineering major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Available to start ASAP / September 2026.
- Able to COMMIT to a 6–max 12 month internship.
- Careful, hardworking, and organized.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Able to work with tight deadlines and overtime (when needed).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Available to work full-time from office (Sinar Mas Land Plaza Thamrin), Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30.
