- Purchasing for F&B Item
- Report for management
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Requirements
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor (S1) or higher in any major
- 1-2 years experience as Purchasing officer / senior officer
- Proficient in using Oracle system
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google sheet
- Proficient in English both spoken & written
- Working experience with sourcing, vendor management and warehouse management software
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
