Job Description
- Evaluate and optimize procurement opportunities for various business units (BUs).
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Source repeated order items efficiently, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Support the Finance Team (FAT) with billing document preparation for accurate invoicing.
- Analyze procurement data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and favorable terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Good communication & negotiation skill
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
