Job Description

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce cost and enhance productivity
  • Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Lead socialization and change management efforts related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
  • Perform data analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including category, supply chain, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
  • Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution with multiple stakeholders
  • Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities
  • In-depth understanding of business process optimization and continuous improvement principles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy, Operation Excellence or a similar role, with a proven track record in process efficiency and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization strategies
  • Preferably has experience in the E-commerce industry
  • Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint
  • Strong Leadership : Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Detail Oriented : High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Problem Solver : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
  • Collaborative : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Change Agent : Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to lead change management efforts and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organization skills
  • Strong demonstrated leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills to lead
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
