Job Description
- Support the Process Excellence Manager in identifying and analysing operational inefficiencies, focusing on Offline Store Process and/or Retail Operations.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement improvement plans based on identified opportunities.
- Participate in project teams, contributing to project execution and documentation.
- Manage and train manpower for Offline Store
- Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, reporting results to the Process Excellence Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Knowledge of consumer’s goods Offline.
- Experience, Streamlined operations, Improved efficiency, and Enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 year of working experience in field offline operations, operational excellence, or related fields.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools. (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or any business process/projects management tools).
- Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficient in project management, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in training and coaching manpower.
