- Teach English to students under PKBM (non-formal education) using both national and international curriculum approaches.
- Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Prepare lesson plans, modules, and teaching materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Support students in improving their academic performance and language proficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in academic discussions and program development when required.

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiar with National Curriculum (K13 / Merdeka Curriculum).
- Knowledge of International Curriculum (Cambridge / IB / Pearson) is an advantage.
- Experience teaching in SMP/SMA/PKBM or tutoring environment is preferred.
- Able to prepare lesson plans, modules, and learning materials.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate, patient, and responsible in teaching.
- Willing to teach in various settings: offline, online, and home visit.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to start as a part-time tutor and be evaluated for full-time employment after approximately 2 months.
