Job Description

  • Curriculum Development & Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards.
  • Individual & Group Instruction: Deliver effective and insightful lessons aligned with the curriculum for each level.
  • Progress Tracking: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • School Community Involvement: Engage in school activities, events, and workshops to expand professional networks within the community.
  • Professional Development: Continue to enhance your own knowledge and any other soft-skills through ongoing learning opportunities.

Requirements

Education: 

  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, Primary School Teacher Education, other Education, or a related field.
  • Having other teaching certifications is a plus
  • Teaching Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! Having any experience in teaching in a private, group, or classroom setting is a plus.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, (10.30 - 19.30), Saturday (09.00 - 14.30)
  • Creative, Passionate, & Patience: Committed to excellence in educating, nurturing, encouraging approach to teaching, and providing a safe environment for students. 
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
  • Creativity: Ability to design engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
