Job Description
- Work closely with Sales to understand client requirements and deliver tailored security solution proposals
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospective clients
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
- Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution documentation
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure successful implementation handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus. But candidates with any degree are welcome to apply if they have relevant experience
- 3-5 years experience in a pre-sales, technical consultant, or systems engineer role (preferably in cybersecurity)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR, firewall, vulnerability management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Kaspersky, Palo Alto) are a plus
- Willing to work from Wisma 46 Kota BNI, Central Jakarta.
