Job Description
- Plan and coordinate the production process, ensuring that it meets the company's production goals.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that there is enough stock to meet demand without overstocking.
- Develop and implement production schedules, taking into account factors such as demand, capacity, and lead times.
- Analyze production data to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
