Job Description
- Ensure daily targets are met without compromising quality
- Determine work priorities based on the production plan
- Assign job tasks to the assembling operator team
- Ensure work is carried out according to company operational standards
- Conduct in-line checking Anticipate field issues, such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or pattern errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education is high school or equivalent
- Able to operate a cutting/sewing/assembling machine
- Have experience as a leader/supervisor managing at least 1 assembling line
- Ready to work with targets
- Have the ability to manage a team, communicate effectively, and focus on problem solving
- Ready to follow training 3 month at PYS.
