Job Description
- Supervise guest behavior while using pool and slide facilities to ensure compliance with safety rules and provide proper usage guidance.
- Provide directions and information to guests to prevent accidents and answer questions regarding facilities and park areas.
- Administer first aid or escort injured guests to the First Aid station, and guide them to safe areas in case of emergency.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to efficient use of electricity, water, and environmental pollution control.
- Actively participate in emergency response situations
Requirements
- Physically fit with strong swimming abilities
- Knowledgeable about pool cleaning & maintenance
- Positive, energetic, and creative
- Skilled in verbal communication
- Able to speak Basic English
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- A consistently professional appearance
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
