Job Description
- Source and evaluate materials, goods, and services, providing a shortlist of potential suppliers to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to the designated location with proper packaging.
- Assist in managing supplier and customer inquiries regarding order changes, cancellations, and requisition accuracy.
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders (PO), payments, and received stock to ensure seamless tracking and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- 2-3 years of experience in the related field will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
