Job Description
- Responsible for the layout of merchandise on store shelves with relation to customer flow and purchasing behavior
- Analyzing Business Process categories in space management
- Conduct item performance analysis and develop potential space
- Ensure that the space development project runs well
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience at least 2 years in retail merchandising, space planning, or visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in space planning software such as JDA Space Planning, EZPOG, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
