Job Description
As a Branch Supervisor at Vista Education, you will lead the daily operations of your assigned branch, guiding a small team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence. This role requires a combination of strategic sales management, client relations, and administrative oversight to support Vista's mission of facilitating quality overseas education and language programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Monitor and direct the performance of the branch team (2–3 members), provide consistent feedback, and support team development—especially for new members—through structured mentoring and periodic evaluations to achieve target.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Execute sales strategies set by head office, making relevant adjustments based on team strengths and local conditions to drive sustainable and measurable growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners by delivering professional and empathetic consultation on study abroad opportunities.
- Event Representation and Branding: Represent Vista Education in education fairs, client gatherings, and partner meetings as a brand ambassador who communicates Vista’s value and services strategically.
- Team Communication and Representation: Act as the main communication bridge between head office and branch team; ensure accurate, bias-free, and value-aligned information flow to maintain clarity and engagement across levels.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations and ensure branch performance by aligning services and activities with company standards, while adapting solutions to local challenges and team dynamics.
- Administrative & Reporting Task: Prepare and analyze performance reports regularly to provide insights and recommendations for improving outcomes, while maintaining timely administrative compliance and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the sales industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for client connections.
- Passion for the education industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills level.
- Basic Mandarin skills are a plus
