Job Description

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager.
  2. Manage and coordinate the GM's daily schedule, meetings, business trips, and other appointments.
  3. Prepare and organize important documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  4. Ensure smooth communication between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical, for quick and easy access.
  7. Support the GM with any other tasks or duties as needed.

Requirements

  1. Minimum D3/S1 education in Management, Administration, Secretarial or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with direct exposure to senior management.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  4. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  5. Professional appearance, with a neat and polite demeanor.
  6. Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
