
Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager.
- Manage and coordinate the GM's daily schedule, meetings, business trips, and other appointments.
- Prepare and organize important documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth communication between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical, for quick and easy access.
- Support the GM with any other tasks or duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Management, Administration, Secretarial or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with direct exposure to senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance, with a neat and polite demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
