- Assist the VP in managing company operations
- Act as a bridge between the VP and internal/external teams
- Schedule & coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports & important documents
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, operations, or a similar field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic English proficiency
- Strong communication skills & comfortable interacting with new people
- Social media knowledge is a plus
