Requirements
Personal Assistant
- Female, single, maximum 28 years old.
- Minimum D3 graduate from any major, preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or personal assistant.
- Capable of managing schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Able to prepare reports and take meeting minutes.
- Possesses good communication skills with clients and superiors.
- Capable of managing personal and business finances.
- Honest and responsible.
- Attractive appearance (preferably not using glasses).
- Skilled and detail-oriented in arranging meeting schedules.
- Holds an active driving license.
- Advanced in English, and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta.
