Job Description
As a Performance Specialist at MOP Beauty Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-performing digital marketing campaigns that align with business development goals. Your expertise will be critical in managing, optimizing, and leading campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and CRM channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to ensure campaigns are data-driven and budget-efficient, while also focusing on enhancing return on ad spend (ROAS). You will work closely with external vendors and internal teams to develop strategies that increase value for the business. You will also take the lead on projects that add to overall team efficiency and organizational success.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee high-performing campaign management across digital channels (PPC, Paid Social, CRM)
- Analyze and optimize campaigns, monitor budget, track, and forecast
- Lead optimization of campaigns to improve CPA, LTV, and ROAS
- Execute prioritized tasks to optimize reach
- Collaborate with external vendors for marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set strategies
- Lead projects and initiatives to increase value for the business
- Ensure efficient invoice processing
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years in performance marketing (SEM, Social, Display)
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and data-driven approach
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and marketing metrics
- Excellent communication skills, self-driven, and enthusiastic
- Skilled in Excel or marketing data tools
- Experience working in a startup industry or e-commerce company is preferred
- Knowledge of both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) business models is advantageous.
