Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through strategic ad setup, continuous optimization, and effective budget distribution across channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Industry-Specific Media.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media platforms, and a deep understanding of audience targeting, creatives, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and industry media
- Monitor and improve campaign performance using key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms to maximize ROI
- Build, test, and refine audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and placements
- Track performance, analyze data, and prepare actionable reports
- Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to improve ad effectiveness
- Stay updated on paid media trends, platform changes, and new opportunities
Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance or paid digital marketing
- Experience running paid ads on platforms like Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and budget management
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROI
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, and formats
- Basic knowledge of analytics and tracking tools
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset
