Position Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms, maximizing ROI and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Pay Per Click (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns.
- Support the development and implementation of A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience (internship or entry-level position) in digital marketing or performance marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of its digital landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
