Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  • Implement end-to-end performance management for clinic doctors to ensure their performance aligns with business goals, clinical standards, and operational excellence.
  • Develop clear, measurable, and role-specific KPIs that reflect doctor productivity, service quality, and patient care, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate performance expectations, evaluation processes, and feedback mechanisms clearly to both doctors and clinic leaders to foster understanding, alignment, and engagement.
  • Identify underperforming doctors and recommend targeted training or development interventions in collaboration with the medical training team to improve clinical and service quality.
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal teams and external parties to ensure customer value is delivered effectively.
  • Regularly monitor doctor performance using dashboards and data insights to track trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage performance review cycles across all clinics to ensure timely, consistent, and objective evaluations.
  • Prepare consolidated performance reports to identify skill gaps and provide actionable insights for development and planning purposes.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in performance management; prior experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Performance Management Systems, Performance Data Analysis, and familiar with Performance Setting methods (such as OKRs and KPIs).
