Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. HR KPI Management
• Consolidate and monitor KPI achievement across HR functions.
• Ensure HR KPIs are aligned with department/company objectives.
• Track monthly/quarterly HR performance against targets.
• Follow up on KPI achievement and performance gaps.
2. HR Performance Analysis
• Analyze HR performance trends and identify key gaps/issues.
• Provide insights on HR productivity, efficiency, cost, and service delivery.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards for HR management.
• Highlight areas requiring corrective or improvement actions.
3. HR Planning & Performance Review
• Support HR annual target and KPI setting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly HR performance reviews.
• Coordinate performance review meetings within HR.
• Track action plans resulting from performance reviews.
4. HR Productivity & Efficiency
• Monitor HR productivity indicators such as:
o HR Cost
o HR Cost / Employee
o Employee Productivity
o HR Service Level
o Recruitment Fulfillment
o Time to Fill
o Training Effectiveness
o Employee Turnover
o Absenteeism
o Outsourcing/Manpower Cost
• Identify opportunities for HR process and cost efficiency.
5. HR Management Reporting
• Prepare regular HR performance reports for HR Head/Management.
• Translate HR data into concise management insights.
• Support preparation of HR business reviews and management presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, HR, Statistics, Mathematics.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Analytics, HR Planning, Performance Management, or Management Reporting.
- Strong understanding of KPI, performance monitoring, and target achievement.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good Excel/data processing capability.
- Able to analyze HR productivity, HR cost, manpower, and efficiency.
- Experienced in preparing HR dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Able to identify performance gaps and provide data-driven insights and improvement actions.
- Experience in a large organization or multi-subsidiary environment is an advantage.
- Familiar with Power BI tools
