- Memimpin strategi dan implementasi performance management untuk membangun budaya kerja berkinerja tinggi.
- Mengembangkan dan mengelola framework KPI yang terintegrasi mulai dari level perusahaan, fungsi, hingga individu.
- Memastikan proses performance appraisal berjalan objektif, konsisten, dan tepat waktu di seluruh Business Unit.
- Menyediakan insight bisnis melalui analisis data, dashboard, dan laporan kinerja yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
- Mendorong transformasi digital dalam proses performance management melalui pengembangan sistem, dashboard, dan otomatisasi proses.
- Berkolaborasi dengan berbagai stakeholder untuk memastikan implementasi performance management berjalan efektif dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi bisnis.
- Mengembangkan kapabilitas tim serta mendorong perbaikan proses secara berkelanjutan.
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Psikologi/Manajemen SDM/Teknik Industri dengan IPK min. 3.00.
- Berpengalaman dibidang Performance Management min. 5-7 tahun.
- Familiar dengan Ms. Office dan Data Visualization Tools.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat.
