Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel growth marketing strategies, with a focus on marketplace ads and Facebook ads.
  • Support the marketing team in optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage and optimize individual online marketplace channels to improve visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and contribute to team discussions on applying these insights.
  • Participate in A/B testing and other experimental approaches to refine marketing strategies.
  • Optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across different channels to maximize ROI, including adjusting bid strategies, testing ad copy, and exploring new keywords.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with user experience enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Interest in e-commerce and retail performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in performance marketing, providing the intern with insights into scaling and optimizing digital marketing strategies within an e-commerce environment.
