Job Description
This internship role is intended for fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure. This position will be exposed to daily IT operations, including hardware, network, and system support, while assisting the People Technology team in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate Honesty through accountability and integrity in handling IT assets and support activities, Empathy by understanding and supporting users’ technical needs, and Agility in adapting to fast-changing operational priorities and technology environments.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Support basic network operations, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and internet troubleshooting
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and standard software
- Help monitor IT infrastructure performance and proactively report issues to the IT team
- Support IT asset inventory management and documentation with accuracy and accountability
- Assist with user support and basic IT helpdesk activities while demonstrating a user-focused and supportive approach
- Support ongoing IT infrastructure projects and adapt to evolving priorities and operational needs
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Requirements
What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Recent graduate from a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts
- Demonstrate Honesty through accountability, accuracy, and integrity in handling IT-related tasks and information
- Show Empathy in supporting users by listening, understanding issues, and providing helpful assistance
- Possess Agility with a willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic working environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Able to work onsite and support day-to-day IT operations
