Job Description:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, as well as to provide HR insights and solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related issues, contributing to the development of business strategies
- Address employee relations issues by advising and resolving them
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and make appropriate recommendations
- Support the performance evaluation process and provide performance improvement coaching
- Assist in the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs based on function's needs
- Help identify any other projects we need to turn our attention to, keeping continuous improvement in mind
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Human Resources best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align Human Resources initiatives with business goals
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
