- Work closely with People Operation team in handling and documenting data related to new employee.
- Provide assistance in answering and recapping employees’ questions through SIRCLO’s internal communications channel on a daily basis.
- Creating HR Policy Infographic Visualization.
- Assisting Employee Personnel Administration Process
- Assisting exit clearance process.
- Pack new employees’ insurance card and blast employee survey as requested.
Requirements
- Final year students or Fresh Graduate is preferred.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
- Independent learner who is proactive and have initiatives to grow.
- Have sharp eyes for details, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-do-attitude.
- Willing to work from the office in a hybrid arrangement at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit for a six-month internship programme from July 2023.
