Job Description
- Support End-to-End Recruitment Process.
- Help with sourcing candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure all necessary resources are available for interviews.
- Support onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Help plan and execute monthly company events.
Requirements
- Final Year in Human Resources or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
