Job Description
- Manage all employee administration processes, including attendance, overtime, leave, transfers, and resignations.
- Maintain HR-related documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and other administrative forms.
- Maintain end-to-end General Affairs (GA) operations, including facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, and operational support to ensure a smooth clinic workflow.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes and assist in payroll activities.
- Serve as the primary contact person for all HR-related needs at the clinic branch.
- Collaborate with the medical team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on action plans resulting from employee performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Generalist roles; experience in GA is a strong advantage.
- Strong capability in managing end-to-end HR administrative processes (attendance, leave, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding).
- Excellent document management skills, including the ability to draft, manage, and maintain HR-related documents with accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to act as a reliable contact person for clinic staff.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability, especially in handling employee issues and action plans.
- Proficient in using HRIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
