- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from determining job requirements to onboarding.
- Oversee and maintain employee administration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Act as the central point of contact for employee administrative needs, including employee documentation and queries.
- Manage the non-employee life cycle, including freelancers and interns.
- Handle General Affairs tasks, such as asset management, utility payments, and other operational needs.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities to enhance administrative workflows and efficiency.
Requirements
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- High school or bachelor’s degree in any majors, but Psychology, Human Resources, or Management are preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheet, Docs, Slides) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
