Job Description
The Role
You will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to draw conclusions that help streamline HR processes and drive the business. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the management stay updated on key HR metrics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, employment records, exit interviews and payroll output
- Prepare monthly reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
- Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
- Own and maintain the HRIS system (currently BambooHR), working in partnership with the HR Operations and Recruitment team.
- Visualization of HR data by implementing a dashboard of key metrics for use by HR and management; maintains the dashboard weekly
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
- Collaborate with in-house business intelligence team to leverage on technology and resources
- Participate and/or lead special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses.
- Assist on all adhoc data reporting and updates as needed
Requirements
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years of experience working in the human resources field
- 1.5+ years of experience handling payroll
- 1.5+ years of experience handling HR operations (employment contract, BPJS, insurance)
- Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs / Excel and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
