Job Description
- Coordinate and track all L&D sponsored training programs.
- Assist in assessing training needs that align with business objectives, ensuring a high level of Honesty and transparency in evaluating current gaps.
- Assist in creating and rolling out training materials.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product updates and positioning, demonstrating Agility in integrating new information quickly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, features, and use cases.
- Facilitate onboarding training for new hires focused on product knowledge.
- Assist in Learning Management System maintenance and content updates, upkeep, data analysis, and administration.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions for internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) and external clients, approaching all interactions with Empathy for the audience's learning journey and skill level.
- Support product launches by preparing training content and conducting enablement sessions, exhibiting Agility to meet fast-paced, critical deadlines.
- Analyze metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for modifications.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the business, upholding a commitment to Honesty and direct, clear communication.
- Work closely with and provide support to the People Strategy & Development Manager and the rest of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, performance management, and content development.
- Experience with LMS and other L&D tools.
- Strong communicator with amazing written, verbal, visual, and public speaking skills—the ability to convey information with clarity and Honesty is essential.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, and can manage timelines effectively, showcasing Agility in prioritizing competing demands. A demonstrated capacity for Empathy and patience when training diverse groups of employees and addressing their unique learning needs.
- Preferred experience in a start-up and/or proven track record of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing and changing environment, which directly reflects our need for Agility.
