- Drive initiatives to elevate employee performance, engagement, and overall experience, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute impactful people development programs, including individual growth plans.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for talent and organizational decisions.
- Implement and enhance HRIS tools to optimize HR workflows and employee interactions.
- Conduct needs assessments and design tailored improvement plans for employees.
- Facilitate psychological and behavioral assessments to inform talent and development strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably working for the technology industry.
- Educational background in Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Expertise in performance management, employee experience, and people development initiatives.
- Strong skills in data analytics with experience generating HR-related insights.
- Proficiency in leveraging HRIS platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with psychological assessment tools is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work on-site at our South Jakarta office.
