Job Description
- Conduct surveys or research to assess employee engagement levels using defined strategies and methods.
- Develop engagement programs and activation plans to maintain and enhance employee engagement.
- Create social media strategies, content, and media plans for employee engagement channels (e.g., IG, email) and oversee their implementation to bolster the company's digital presence and engage employees.
- Organize ad-hoc events or activities related to employee engagement to support operational excellence.
- Foster positive relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of employee engagement activities and social media performance to meet objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing Communication, Management, Psychology, or Public Relations.
- 1-2 years of experience in Employee Engagement is a plus, fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong understanding of Employee Engagement.
- Skills in Project Management, Event Management, and Microsoft Office.
