Job Description
Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Plan and prepare for employee engagement activities such as themed events and corporate events to support operational excellence.
- Organize corporate community activities (Arya Champ) and internal review activities by scheduling, booking venues, following up with reviewers, etc., to support operational excellence.
- Develop digital activation initiatives by creating content, copywriting, etc., for social media channels (Instagram, email, office media) and Arya news based on the engagement strategies to improve employee engagement.
- Maintain good relationships and collaborations with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of employee engagement activities and social media performance to achieve objectives and goals.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee engagement operations to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication.
- Perfect if you have 1 years of working experience in Event Organizer / People Engagement / Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge in Employee Engagement
- Have ability in Project Management, Event Management, Social Media Engagement
