Job Description
SIRCLO Internship Programme offers a valuable opportunity to take part in exciting projects, get hands-on experiences by learning from fellow interns, colleagues and leaders alike through mentorship, training and on-the-job activities. This program is specifically designed not only for you to kick off your career, but also to realize and explore your hidden potential.
As People Development & Recognition Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the framework for our Employee Recognition Program, encompassing its structure, award categories, nomination process, and communication strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across the company to identify achievements and behaviors worthy of recognition that align with SIRCLO's goals and values.
- Promote and socialize the program, fostering participation and enthusiasm throughout the organization.
- Oversee the nomination, selection, and awarding process, ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and timeliness.
- Monitor participation, gather feedback, and analyze the program's impact to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and coordinate creative recognition events, award presentations, and other initiatives to ensure that SIRCLO Friends feel appreciated for their hard work.
Requirements
- Creative and adaptive individual who easily grasps context and devises meaningful methods to recognize people and situations.
- Experienced in crafting recognition and other engagement programs.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of writing engaging program announcements, crafting meaningful award citations, and connecting with employees at all levels with sincerity.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit for a three-month internship programme (July 1st 2024 - September 30th 2024).
