What You’ll Do

• Source talent through multiple channels and review incoming applicants for all brands in the holding ecosystem.
• Assist in screening and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support employer branding activities (content prep, documentation, engagement).
• Help maintain recruitment databases and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding preparation (welcome kits, admin, orientation support).
• Support general People & Culture operations and administrative tasks.
