This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and interested in People & Culture with a focus on Learning & Development.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Manage talent acquisition end-to-end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs, align expectations, and ensure hiring decisions support both skill and culture fit.
- Manage Learning & Development activities, including planning and coordinating training programs, materials, and schedules to support employee capability growth.
- Support people performance processes by tracking goals, organizing performance inputs, and maintaining clear and structured documentation.
- Observe daily people processes, gather feedback from interactions, and help identify opportunities to improve collaboration and ways of working.
- Build and run culture initiatives through programs that reflect Rica Rico’s values and ways of working, strengthening engagement and connection across teams.
- Maintain people data and documentation to support accurate reporting and smooth people operations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience or internship in HR, Recruitment, Training, or People Operations is a plus.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, people capability building, and workplace culture.
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility in daily work.
- Curious and motivated to learn and grow continuously.
- Willing to be mobile and support training activities across different Rica Rico outlets.
- Available to commit to a 3-month contract.
