About the Role

The People Acquisition & Talent Experience Intern supports the recruitment team in administrative and coordination activities throughout the hiring process while gaining hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and candidate experience initiatives. This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to assist with recruitment operations, candidate communications, onboarding preparation, and talent experience activities. The internship provides an opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to creating a positive and engaging experience for candidates and new hires, while demonstrating our core values of Honesty, Empathy, and Agility in every interaction.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Assist the recruitment team in executing recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interview arrangements and helping ensure recruitment activities are completed according to timelines.
  • Maintain timely, transparent, and professional communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, recruitment updates, and onboarding requirements, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding documents and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Update and maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and tracking systems (ATS/HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring data analysis.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent pool building initiatives as needed.
  • Demonstrate empathy when interacting with candidates and stakeholders, honesty in handling recruitment information and documentation, and agility in adapting to changing hiring priorities and business needs.

Requirements

What You'll Need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate coordination with Technology or Sales recruitment process is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with candidates and internal teams (Hiring Managers, HR, etc).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple administrative or coordination tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and honesty in handling recruitment data.
  • Demonstrates agility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and changing priorities.
