Job Description
Job Desc:
Develop and update relevant payroll policies and procedures.
- Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Perform and manage monthly payroll calculations in a timely manner.
- Ensure payroll service alignment with the company policies and regulations.
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
- Conduct end-to-end payroll processes such as preparing payment reports, tax reports (PPh 21), record the details of employee salary, allowances, and other personal data (NPWP, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan).
- Prepare periodic payroll reconciliation and submit reports to the payroll manager for review.
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years working experience as a Payroll Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Employee Income Tax (PPh 21), and payroll regulations, with the ability to stay updated on the latest changes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing requirements.
- Proficient in using Ms.Office (Ms. Excel & Powerpoint) and Google Workspace (Docs and Spreadsheets).
- Proficient in HRIS, with a solid understanding of payroll processes. Knowledge of Talenta will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
