Job Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
- Calculate and manage employee income tax (PPh 21) in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports for all entities under Modular Kuliner in a timely manner.
- Ensure payroll calculations and tax deductions comply with government regulations and company policies.
- Monitor statutory contributions and ensure proper payroll-related tax deductions are applied.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized payroll and tax records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data and documentation.
- Identify and recommend improvements to payroll and tax processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll, tax, or a related finance function.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and Indonesian tax regulations (especially PPh 21).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations, data management, and reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
