Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll with high accuracy: calculating salaries, deductions, taxes (PPh 21), and BPJS contributions.
  • Stay updated on Indonesian labor, tax, and BPJS regulations to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Manage existing benefits programs and support the design of new ones.
  • Develop and document payroll and benefits procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare payroll reports, track costs, and provide data to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to resolve issues and improve systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll, tax (PPh 21), and BPJS regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll software.
  • High Initiatives, analytical, and a clear communicator.
