Job Description
- Mengawasi operasional pemeriksaan lab patologi klinik.
- Memastikan penerapan internal quality control dan external quality control.
- Mengevaluasi hasil pemeriksaan dan melakukan tindakan korektif bila ada penyimpangan.
- Membimbing, melatih, dan mengevaluasi kinerja MLT.
- Administrasi dan pelaporan (laporan kegiatan lab dan memantau penggunaan bahan habis pakai).
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 Teknologi Laboratorium Medik dengan IPK min. 3.00.
- Usia 25 - 35 tahun.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 3-5 tahun di laboratorium Patologi Klinik.
- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang baik (lisan dan tulisan).
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat.
