Job Description
- Manage baking operations
- Manage and train baking staffs
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness of staffs, equipments and kitchen
- Develop new products
- Oversee operations with restaurant's SOP
- Handle quality control of product
- Manage cost control
Requirements
- Candidate must own minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relevant major
- At least 3 years of experience in Baker role - Has solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent)
- Has good communication skills; able to speak English is a plus
- Fast learner and confident
- Able to work in a team
- Flexible and willing to travel
