Job Description
- Identify potential partners and develop partnership strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deal terms, and coordinate contracts.
- Manage end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, ops, legal).
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in Partnership/BD/Account Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced environments.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and presentation tools.
