Job Description
- Manage high-tier integration projects simultaneously
- Lead project planning sessions & coordinate staff/ internal resources
- Address team dynamics, increase team efficiency, motivate, spin, argue for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness
- Ensure the DoD (Definition of done) is being followed
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Manage good relationships and expectations between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
- Manage project progress, clear obstacles, and adapt work as required
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions
- Design risk mitigation plan
- Conduct project review and improvement
Requirements
- Exceptional can-do attitude, result oriented & relentlessly resourceful
- At least 5 years proven experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master or equivalent position.
- Proven hands-on experience with software development project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall
- Great communication skills
- Capacity to manage high stress situations, deals well with rapid development cycles
- Software development background preferred, or deep understanding of software development and technology
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Great leadership & conflict resolution skills
- Self motivated and high-energy with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Big-picture thinking and vision
- Attention to detail
