Job Description
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders, including brands, businesses, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, sales, MODENA brands & sub-brands) to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Oversee the negotiation and drafting of partnership contracts and agreements.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance and progress of partnerships, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate joint events, campaigns, or projects with partners to boost engagement and visibility.
- Support the development and execution of strategic partnership plans and budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends to spot new prospects and innovative collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
